For a fish that was once only known from a handful of photos and only one specimen in captivity, the peppermint angelfish sure is getting a lot of airplay today. From the size of the shells and the coral polyps in the tank we’d estimate this littleP. boyleito be topping out at about two to two and half inches (5-6cm) which is an ideal size for acclimating this picky fish to captivity. And it seems to be paying off as evidenced by the nice full round shape of this individual.
